Processing time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Shipping rates & delivery times

• Free shipping on all orders over €50.
• Orders under €50 are subject to a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
• EU & US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
• Rest of world orders may take slightly longer depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, weather, carrier delays).

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time on our Shipping & Tracking page or through your account order history.

Customs, duties & taxes For international orders, your country may charge import duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Lost or delayed packages If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll do our best to help redirect the package if the carrier allows it.
